Pickup tips for Tel Aviv neighbourhoods
North Tel Aviv and the Old North
A request for a taxi in north Tel Aviv should include the street and building number: the Old North, the port area and neighbourhoods farther north are different pickup points. At a large residential building, specify the entrance. If you need a ride for an appointment, explain when you must arrive as well as when you want to leave.
Central Tel Aviv, markets and the beach

Where we pick up in Tel Aviv and Jaffa
Tel Aviv is not one address. What decides a pickup is the street and the entrance, not the district name — which is exactly why the same hotel can have a different vehicle entrance from its postal address.
North Tel Aviv
From the Yarkon northwards, including the Tel Aviv Port area, HaYarkon Street and the Yarkon Park. Office and hotel complexes along HaYarkon have several gates for one building, so send the building number or the hotel name.
The city centre
Rothschild, Allenby, Ibn Gabirol and around Rabin Square. These streets have bus lanes and limited parking, so the exact pickup point — a corner or a building entrance — saves waiting time.
Florentin and the south
Florentin, Neve Tzedek, the New Central Bus Station and Jerusalem Boulevard. Between narrow streets and newer compounds the street name alone is not always enough; add a nearby landmark.
Jaffa
Old Jaffa, the Clock Tower, the flea market and north Jaffa. Some alleys are closed to vehicles, so the driver stops at the nearest street that allows it — the meeting point is agreed before the ride.
