Book a taxi in Tel Aviv — prepare your ride request
Enter your trip details to prepare a WhatsApp request. Review the message and send it yourself, then wait for confirmation of vehicle availability, pickup details and the fare. No payment is taken on this page.
- One way or return trip
- Flight number for airport pickups
- Price agreed before the ride
How this works
- Fill in where you are going, when, and how many of you there are. If the trip starts or ends at Ben Gurion, add the flight number.
- Press the button. WhatsApp opens with the whole request written out. Read it, adjust anything, then send.
- We reply with a fixed price and a pickup time, and the ride is arranged.
What this page does not do
Nothing here is sent to us automatically, and nothing is stored on this site. The form has no backend — it only writes your message into WhatsApp, where you send it yourself. No account, no payment, no automatic confirmation.
Your trip
The fields marked required are the ones we need to quote a price. Everything else helps.
What gets sent
This is the message that opens in WhatsApp. Change anything above and it updates.
Common questions
Does this form book the taxi straight away?
No. It writes your message and opens WhatsApp with it ready to send. Nothing reaches us until you press send there, and the price is agreed with you before the ride — the same as ordering by phone.
What should I write for the addresses?
Street addresses work best, with the hotel name if you have one. “Tel Aviv” on its own is ambiguous: the seafront hotel strip and the business districts to the east are different runs.
Should I give a flight number?
Share the flight number and landing date, and confirm the pickup plan and any delay or waiting arrangements with the driver.
How is payment handled?
Nothing is charged from this page — there is no online payment here. Payment is made in the car, at pickup. We take cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Before you send your taxi reservation request
Write the pickup as the driver needs to see it
Include a street and number, hotel or building name and an entrance if relevant. A map pin is helpful, but add a written address too. For a city taxi pickup, specify where you can wait safely. For an airport arrival, use the flight number and landing date instead of guessing when you will finish baggage collection.
Keep the outward and return rides separate
For an airport return, the outbound time is your pickup time in the city; the return information should describe the flight arrival and agreed airport pickup. If the return starts from another hotel or follows a different route, state that in the notes rather than relying on the form’s reversed addresses. Ask for separate confirmation of both directions.
Check the reply before relying on the booking
Review the agreed addresses, date, time, passenger and luggage capacity, and the total fare. Ask about child seats, waiting or additional stops if needed. The route price list helps with planning, but a prepared request is not a booking reference or an automatic driver assignment.
Booking questions
Can I request a one-way airport taxi here?
Yes. Select one way, add your addresses, date and flight details, then review and send the WhatsApp request. Wait for a reply confirming availability and the fare.
What if the return pickup address is different?
Write the actual return address and destination in the notes or message. Check the generated text and confirm the changed return route with the service.
Prefer to talk it through?
Call us and you will arrange the taxi with the person who provides it. The number is the same one used everywhere on this site.
See prices first
Fixed prices are published for the main routes. Any other pickup or destination is quoted when you order — we do not publish a number we cannot stand behind.
