Extras and surcharges
All fixed-price fares above include VAT and standard luggage (2 bags). The following extras are added only when requested:
- Additional luggage: +₪20 per extra bag
- Child seat (infant/booster): +₪30
- Waiting time beyond 10 minutes: ₪5 per 15 minutes
- Night surcharge (after 22:00): included in fixed price

What if my flight is delayed?
Give us your flight number when you order, so the driver can follow any delays. You agree the pickup details and timing directly with the driver.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes — Visa, Mastercard, American Express and digital wallets. Payment is made in the car, at pickup.
