Frequently asked questions
Ordering a taxi
How do I order a taxi?
By phone or WhatsApp. Send your pickup address, destination and travel time, and the ride will be arranged with the driver directly. There is no online booking form.
Do I need to order in advance?
For city rides, ordering shortly before you travel usually works. For airport rides and long routes, earlier is better — the day before gives you real certainty. Ask when you call.
Can I cancel or change a ride?
Yes — call or message the same number you ordered with. Changes and cancellations are handled directly with the driver.
Airport rides
Which airport do you serve?
Ben Gurion Airport (TLV) near Tel Aviv is the main one we serve. Ask about other airports when you call.
Where does the driver meet me at Ben Gurion?
In the arrivals hall after baggage claim. Give your flight number when you order so the driver can track the flight.
What if my flight is delayed?
Drivers follow flight status when you provide the flight number. You can also confirm by phone before landing.
How long is the drive from Ben Gurion to central Tel Aviv?
Usually 20–35 minutes, depending on traffic and your exact destination.
Long-distance rides
Do you drive to Jerusalem?
Yes — a direct taxi from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem takes about 45–60 minutes on Highway 1.
Can you arrange a Dead Sea day trip?
Yes, with wait-and-return arrangements. The drive is about 1.5 hours each way.
Can the driver wait during my visit or meeting?
Yes — waiting time is agreed when you order, whether for an appointment, a meeting or a day trip.
On the road
Can we take luggage?
Yes — the driver loads and unloads your luggage. Tell us how many bags when you order.
Can you arrange a ride for a group?
Yes — give the number of passengers when you call so the right vehicle is arranged.
Do you provide child seats?
Ask when you order and the driver will tell you what can be arranged for your trip.
How are fares determined?
Fares are confirmed directly when you order — the driver will tell you the price before the ride starts. Ask for the fare in advance.
