Confirm your arrivals pickup
Send your flight number, landing date and destination. Confirm the meeting instructions for your booking and terminal, and keep the contact details available after landing.
Departing: getting to the airport on time
For departures, agree the pickup time with the driver when you order. A common approach is to leave enough buffer for security and check-in. Tell the driver which terminal you need — Ben Gurion has separate departures entrances for its terminals.
Practical things to know
- Use the terminal shown in your airline’s current flight information; confirm it when arranging your taxi.
- The ride to central Tel Aviv is typically 20–35 minutes depending on traffic
- Confirm the meeting point and contact method for your booking and terminal before arrival.
- Luggage is loaded and unloaded by the driver
From Ben Gurion onward
A Ben Gurion taxi is not only for Tel Aviv. Direct rides continue from the airport to Jerusalem, Herzliya, Netanya and other cities — ask when you order. For the general airport service, see Airport Taxi.
From landing to your taxi: an arrivals checklist
Before the flight
Send your flight number, arrival date and destination in Tel Aviv. Keep the confirmed contact details available on your phone and agree how to reach the driver if you cannot use mobile data. For a hotel transfer, include the property address, not only a brand name that may have several locations.
After passport control and baggage collection
Once you know you are ready, follow the meeting instructions confirmed for your booking. The terminal, permitted stopping point and your pickup arrangement determine where to meet; do not assume every booked taxi waits at the same door. If you are delayed collecting luggage, contact the driver and check the waiting terms.
Private booking or airport taxi queue?
This website arranges private taxi requests by phone or WhatsApp. It is separate from the airport authority and from joining the airport taxi queue. Confirm the vehicle and agreed fare through your booking contact. For the journey into the city, read airport-to-Tel Aviv travel planning; for rates, use the taxi price list.
