Private transfer or shared shuttle? Read this first
We do not run a shared shuttle. Every transfer we arrange is private: your car, your addresses, your time. That changes three things in practice — you are not waiting for other passengers and not zig-zagging between hotels on the way; you pay for the journey, not per seat; and if your flight is delayed the pickup is updated rather than cancelled.
The second difference is price. A shared shuttle can be cheaper for a solo traveller. For a group, a family, or anyone travelling with suitcases, a private transfer is almost always the better value — and the surer one. If you are looking for a shared shuttle to the Dead Sea or the airport, we are not the right service, and we would rather say so now.
The transfers we arrange
Ben Gurion Airport, both directions
Collection at the terminal against a flight number, with the meeting point agreed with the driver, waiting time for baggage, and an update if the landing is delayed. See airport taxi and Ben Gurion arrivals pickup.
Hotel transfers in Tel Aviv
Airport to the hotel entrance, hotel to hotel, and the hotel back to the airport. Send the property name and the street — on HaYarkon and in the city centre, different hotels on one street have different vehicle entrances. Hotel transfers
Groups, vans and seven seats
Transfers for seven passengers or more, priced on luggage as well as seats. Large taxi and minibus
Intercity transfers
Direct door to door, with no changes and no stations. Jerusalem about an hour, the Dead Sea about two hours, Haifa about 75 minutes, Ashdod about 40 minutes, Caesarea about 45 minutes, Netanya 30–45 minutes. Jerusalem · Dead Sea · Haifa
Events, weddings and tours
A transfer that waits until the event ends, with the return pickup agreed in advance. Give us the estimated finish time so the car comes back on time rather than waiting by accident.
Business travel and visiting guests
Guest collection, meeting addresses, changes to the schedule during the day and company payment requirements. Business taxi
Booking a transfer — three steps
- Send the details. Exact pickup point (street and number, or the hotel entrance), destination, date and time, passengers and suitcases. For a flight, the flight number too.
- Confirm availability and fare. You get a reply with the pickup time, the vehicle and the total price. Ask about waiting time, stops and luggage before you agree.
- The driver comes to the address. Before departure you can message an update — a new time, a different address, or a delayed flight.
To start, call 053-600-8686 or send a WhatsApp message. You can also prepare the request in advance.

Private transfer questions
Is the transfer private or shared?
Private. There is no shared shuttle: the car runs to your addresses and your time, and collects nobody else on the way.
Can I book a minibus for a group?
Yes. Send the passenger count and the number of suitcases and we will confirm whether a 7-seat vehicle or a larger minibus fits. Child seats are arranged in advance.
Does the driver wait if the event runs late?
Yes, where waiting was agreed in advance. Unplanned waiting is arranged with the driver in real time.
Do you transfer on Shabbat?
Yes, including Shabbat and holidays — which is why most of our Saturday airport and Dead Sea bookings come to us.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Send the flight number; we follow the updated landing time and move the pickup accordingly. You do not need to rebook.
Can I pay by card?
Yes: cash, credit card, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
