A private ride does not automatically include a day of waiting

A direct pickup and drop-off is different from keeping a driver available during a meeting or visit. Say which arrangement you need. If the driver is to wait, agree where, for how long and how a longer stay would affect the total.

Two separately booked journeys can be more suitable when the return time is uncertain. A reserved return pickup is still a separate commitment: confirm the collection address and time rather than assuming the outward driver remains nearby.

Prepare a route with more than one stop

List the addresses in the order you intend to visit them, including a hotel, office or additional passenger collection. Distinguish a short collection stop from a visit during which the driver must wait. The number of addresses alone does not describe the time needed.

Tell the service when there is an appointment you need to reach. Agree whether any stop is optional and request confirmation before changing the route. The city taxi page covers straightforward trips within Tel Aviv and Jaffa.

Private airport and hotel journeys

For a hotel transfer, provide the full hotel name, street address and intended entrance. When checking out, allow for collecting stored luggage and have the group ready at the agreed pickup time.

For a Ben Gurion pickup, supply the landing date and flight number and confirm contact and meeting instructions. A private transfer does not itself establish a meeting point inside the terminal or include unlimited waiting.

Match the vehicle to people and bags

Count all passengers and describe luggage, including larger items. A private ride refers to the arrangement, not a guaranteed vehicle model or category. If travelling together is important, ask for confirmation of passenger places and luggage space.

Keep a clear confirmation for the whole plan

Check the addresses, dates, pickup times, passenger count, stops, waiting terms and quoted total together. For a trip outside Tel Aviv, specify the return arrangements and whether a driver is waiting at the destination.
